Scott Saxman

Scott Saxman has spent over four and a half decades doing one thing particularly well: building relationships. His career spans every level of the plastics and rotomolding supply chain — beginning with Hedstrom in 1980, with early roles in product development and marketing at Hedstrom Corporation and Flexible Flyer Toys, and 30 years at Mold In Graphic Systems® (MIGS) where he served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Corporate Business Development Director.

A 1980 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) in Western Pennsylvania with a degree in Business and Economics, he pairs that formal foundation with the kind of hands-on, relationship-driven knowledge you only get from a full career inside the industry.

He founded Saxman Solutions in 2020 to put that network to work in a more direct way. Whether a client is trying to get a first prototype off the ground or scale an existing product line, Scott knows who to call — domestically and internationally — and how to make the introduction count.

His approach has always been straightforward: understand what you actually need, connect the right people, and stay involved until it’s working. Clients don’t pay for completed phases until they’re satisfied — not as a marketing line, but because that’s how Scott has always operated.

He’s based in Sedona, Arizona, and works with clients across the United States and around the world.
